Stocks and Stores
Each cafe will be fully stocked in readiness. A list of what each cafe will have can be found here*. Stores will hold additional stock and take orders when needed to ensure you maintain stock levels.
Please monitor stocks throughout the day against the above list. If something is running low, place an order (using radio) with Stores. Ensure that everything is checked so that 1 larger order can be made rather than a number of small orders.
Stocks will deliver the order to you. If there is a problem with delivery then contact one of us (Nick, Bess, Linda, Tanya) so we can arrange collection for you.
At the end of the day, do a stock take against the above stock list and place a new order so that your cafe is fully stocked for the next day,
