Outside
The front of the cafe is clean and litter free and appropriate signs are out
Outside Ashtrays (if app) are cleaned whenever a customer leaves a table
Inside
Paper cups are disposed of in correct recycling bins and not left lying about
The customer table for sugars, milk, etc is kept topped up, clean, and tidy - make sure everything is available for the customer
The counter top and glass units are clean, tidy and free of dust and smears. Sanitiser NOT to be used on glass
Tables and chairs are clean and free of dust, crumbs, spillages, and stains
The floor is dry, clean, and free of dirt in all areas.
All equipment is to be wiped regularly
When a customer leaves, their table is cleared and the area is cleaned within 3 minutes. Sanitiser spray is used to clean the table - spray surfaces with Purple sanitiser (remember to spray and leave for 30 seconds before wiping) and wipe with control roll.
Staff Presentation
We must present a good image to the customer. Please ensure that you wear your CLO or charity-branded uniform at all times and that your hair is tied up.
